There are many practices for Full Moon time, which can help to create a bridge to new consciousness and manifest positive changes.
Some of the practices are really simple but very effective. Here is one of them:
Write down on a piece of paper those aspects of your character, negative life situations or emotions that you wish to release and transform into positive energy. Then place the paper into a fire (it is OK to use candle) and watch it turns into ash.
