2 parts of Dandelion leaf
3 parts of Nettle leaf
1 part of Uva Ursi
Use 1-2 teaspoons of the mix of dried or fresh ingredients per large cup of tea. Bring to boil in covered pot and immediately remove from the stove. Allow to infuse for 10 -15 minutes. Strain. Enjoy!
Menopause High Calcium Herbal Drink
2 parts of Nettle leaf 3 parts of Peppermint
1 part of Comfrey 1 part of Camomile
1 part of Oat straw
Use 1-2 teaspoons of the mix of dried or fresh ingredients per large cup of tea. Pour boiling water over the herbs. Allow to infuse for 20 minutes. Strain. Enjoy!
